ORDER INFORMATION FOR THE CONFIGURED CARPET

You are welcome to order cork samples in advance here. This way you can be sure that you choose the colour that best suits your home.

Please note: for visual and technical reasons, we have seams in the carpet from a width of 140 cm. The position of the seam can be customised and selected.

Embroidered rugs must have a minimum size of 50 x 100 cm, cork on cork a minimum size of 70 x 100 cm.

If the rug has to fit between two pieces of furniture, please allow a margin of approx. 2 cm.

Your self-designed rug is handmade especially for you from a natural product. It may therefore vary slightly in shape and colour compared to the illustration.

Please note that the preview image is not tailored exactly to your chosen dimensions. It is merely a preview of the selected colour and pattern. A slight deviation in colour and embroidery is possible. If you require a final layout preview in advance that corresponds exactly to your chosen size, please contact us.

Depending on the order situation, delivery can take up to 14 working days for plain rugs and 40 working days for embroidered rugs. Shipping to Austria & Germany usually takes 1 - 3 working days.

Please note that configured products cannot be exchanged.
