Can multiple voucher codes be used?

Yes, you can redeem several codes in one order.

Can a voucher code be split over several orders after I have converted my coins?

No, the generated voucher code must be applied in full to an order as it does not leave any remaining credit.

Are the bonus points transferable?

You can convert your Kork Coins into a voucher code in your member area. This voucher code can also be passed on.

Do my bonus points expire?

No, accumulated bonus points do not expire.

Is there a minimum order value to redeem the bonus points?

No, the collected coins are not tied to a minimum purchase. Regardless of the amount of your order, your credit can be redeemed with every order.

How do I get bonus points?

From the first order placed, you will receive cork coins (worth 5% of the order total). Please note: The order is only visible once it has been completed.

Do I have to be a registered customer to become a Clarissakork Bonusclub member?

No, you can register for the Bonus Club independently of this. Only the same e-mail address is relevant for the orders placed.

What about older orders? Are these taken into account?
