Withdrawal & Returns
Would you like to cancel your order? No problem.
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please enter your order number and email address in the form at the bottom of the page and submit it.
Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will then review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with further information regarding the return. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to you via the original payment method, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of the return. Optionally, you can purchase a return label here.
- Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
- For returns from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland or Liechtenstein), please notify us in advance by email at hallo@clarissakork.com so that we can assist you with the correct customs clearance procedures.
