Returns

You can return your order to us within the statutory period.
We’d of course appreciate a brief note explaining why you’ve decided to return the item. Your feedback helps us to continuously improve our products and service.
Please note:
- Bespoke and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted products are excluded from returns and exchanges.
- Products must be returned to us clean, undamaged and securely packaged for transport.
- Please always roll up rugs, desk mats and placemats with the attractive side facing outwards. Products that are rolled up the wrong way round or folded, resulting in damage or permanent creases, cannot be refunded.
Please include a short note with your return containing the following information:
- Order number
- Name
- Optional reason for return
This will help us to identify your return more quickly and process your refund promptly.

Return costs

Sustainability is an important part of our corporate philosophy.
Returns not only incur high costs but also have an impact on the environment. We therefore wish to avoid unnecessary returns wherever possible and ask you to choose carefully before making a purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of the return. Optionally, you can purchase a return label here.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it to us as described above and then place a new order for the item you require.
This allows us to process your request as quickly and easily as possible.

Our tip: Order colour samples

Not quite sure about the colour or material yet?
Then we recommend that you order our colour samples in advance. That way, you can view and compare the materials at your leisure at home.
You’ll also receive a voucher code worth € 10,90, which you can redeem on orders of € 90,- or more.
