You can return your goods to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Of course, we would be happy to receive a brief response as to why you would like to return your goods. We can work with your feedback and continue to improve 😉
Please note: all custom-made products are excluded from return/exchange.
Please make sure that the products are rolled with the beautiful side facing outwards and well packaged. Carpets, desk mats and placemats that have been rolled or folded in reverse will not be accepted and refunded. The same applies to products that are not returned to us clean.
If you would like to exchange your order, simply send the package back to us and then place a new order.
Please always enclose a short note with your return, stating the order number and reason for return, so that we can allocate it correctly and refund you the amount paid as quickly as possible.
Sustainability is a big issue. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to briefly point out that returns are extremely expensive for the environment and for us and that we would like to avoid them as far as possible. We do not want to support selection orders as they occur with other large mail order companies and therefore also take responsibility for our customers. This means that you bear the shipping costs for returning your return yourself.
