Shipping
Each product is made by hand with great attention to detail and shipped directly from our factory in the Bregenzerwald (Austria). As we only start production after the order has been received, the delivery time is normally around seven to 14 working days. Our embroidered rugs and rugs with dividing seams are an exception - it can take up to 40 working days for your favorite piece to leave our manufactory. We ship our goods with GLS and this usually takes approx. 1-3 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment notification so that you can easily track where your corked products are.
Please note that delivery to parcel stations or post office boxes is not possible.
