Are you fasting this year? Alcohol? Sweets? Anything? My mom asked a few days ago if we would join in with alcohol fasting. I am honest: Not yet! Not this year. Sounds hard, doesn't it? But there would be one or two rolls of fat that I would like to get rid of. I find it hard enough without fasting at the moment. Our social contacts are almost reduced to 0 reduced. We work super hard, try to do justice to the kids and no reward in sight. I think I (all of us) are doing without a lot right now. You could call it a social fast. This year I am not participating in the classical fast this year and you?
